Proven Tools To Reduce Teacher Burnout & Improve Teacher Resilience & Retention
(Even if you have a limited PD budget)

Book a Complimentary PD ConsultationWhy this PD is DIFFERENT & Preferred by Teachers
- Relevant & Relatable Teachers are skeptical of new programs and PD from "experts," filled with jargon and adding more "work" to their day. After 20 years full-time in a classroom, I'm still with students from TK through high school weekly.
- Teaches the Skills Needed to Survive in Today's Environment To feel empowered and avoid burnout, teachers need skills like setting healthy boundaries and achieving proper work/life balance. They need practical tools to improve their emotional intelligence skills, such as professional communication, stress reduction, and separating school from home.
- It's the ONLY PD That is About THEIR NEEDS (not student data & outcomes)
- It's Flexible and Easy to Consume Whether it's a book or a course, the information is concise and actionable, with exercises, habits, and suggestions that are zero cost, science-backed, and geared towards the school environment.

Â

Practical Tools for Improving School-Life BalanceÂ
Overworked, stressed-out teachers lead to more absences, lower morale, and higher turnover. This mini-PD gives your staff a relevant, easy-to-implement framework to balance priorities inside and outside of the classroom leading to reduced overwhelm and less burnout.Â

Setting Healthy Boundaries with Parents & Co-Workers
Nothing drains an administrator’s time faster than staff conflicts and parent complaints. This mini-PD teaches your teachers how to set clear, professional boundaries—reducing unnecessary drama, improving communication, and freeing you up to focus on bigger priorities.

Fostering Resilience: Focusing on What You Can ControlÂ
A frustrated staff overwhelmed by things they can’t control creates negativity, burnout, and resistance to change. This mini-PD shifts their focus to what they can control—helping them feel more empowered, proactive, and solutions-oriented, making your job easier and your school culture stronger.
